Salary: £46k + 15% shift allowance (£53,900)
Hours: Continental Shifts – 3 on 3 off then 2 on 2 off then 3 on 4 off then 3 on 2 off then 3 on 4 off.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Shift Engineer to join a leading facilities management provider, servicing a high-profile large site in Dartford, Kent.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance.
Respond to emergency callouts and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
Work on electrical systems including lighting, wiring, alarms, BMS, and distribution.
Carry out minor general building maintenance (e.g. drainage, sinks, tiling).
Perform fault finding on systems such as AHUs, FCUs, UPS, Generators, LV systems.
Operate and manage BMS controls (Head End preferred).
Maintain and repair HVAC plant, VAV/VRV systems, and water treatment systems.Requirements:
City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation or a related trade.
LV or HV AP experience would be great
Minimum 3 years’ experience in building services or facilities maintenance.
Sound knowledge of building systems with strong fault-finding abilities.
Positive attitude with a desire to grow and develop within the role.What’s On Offer:
