We are partnering with a well-established client who is seeking an experienced Electrical Lead Engineer to take a senior role in overseeing electrical operations across a large site in Hammersmith. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team, manage PPMs, reactive maintenance, and ensure the smooth operation of all electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the electrical engineering team, providing guidance and support
  • Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across all electrical systems
  • Maintain and optimize LV/MV distribution boards, switchgear, transformers, UPS, generators, lighting systems, and emergency power supplies
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, health & safety standards, and best practices
  • Manage BMS (Building Management System) and Head End Controls for electrical systems
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements across the site
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
  • Proven experience in a similar senior or lead role within building services or electrical maintenance
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, fault-finding, and preventative maintenance
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
