We are partnering with a well-established client who is seeking an experienced Electrical Lead Engineer to take a senior role in overseeing electrical operations across a large private site located in Blackheath. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team, manage PPMs, reactive maintenance, and ensure the smooth operation of all electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the electrical engineering team, providing guidance and support
- Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across all electrical systems
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, health & safety standards, and best practices
- Manage BMS (Building Management System) and Head End Controls for electrical systems
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements across the site
- NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience in a similar senior or lead role within building services or electrical maintenance
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, fault-finding, and preventative maintenance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
