We’re partnering with a specialist delivery team in the data centre and critical infrastructure sector, looking for a proactive Project Coordinator / Contract Administrator to support complex, fast-paced MEP projects.
This is a pivotal role bridging project delivery and commercial management, ensuring programmes stay on track, contracts are administered efficiently, and stakeholders are aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work on high-value, cutting-edge data centre projects across the UK
- Clear career progression into project or commercial management pathways
- Support for professional development (RICS / CIOB / APM)
Project Coordination:
- Maintain and update project programmes, trackers, and dashboards
- Organise and minute project meetings, ensuring actions are tracked to completion
- Manage document control for drawings, specifications, and correspondence
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients to monitor deliverables and risks
Contract Administration:
- Manage Early Warning Notices (EWNs), Compensation Events (CEs), and RFIs
- Track contractual obligations and flag risks/non-compliance
- Manage handover documentation including O&M and commissioning records
3–5 years’ experience in project coordination or contract administration
- Background in data centres, critical infrastructure, or large-scale MEP projects
- Strong document control and reporting capability
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across contractor, consultant, and client teams
- You are a dynamic, self-managing individual, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, organising senior project meetings, and liaising with specialist subcontractors and stakeholders.
- Flexible travel between home and project sites is required.
