About the Role: We are currently recruiting for 2 x Customer Service Advisors to join a busy and fast-paced service centre based in Oxford (OX3). This is an excellent opportunity for experienced customer service or call handling professionals looking for an immediate start with weekly pay. The role is initially a contract until at least October, likely to get extended or get a permanent contract.
Available Shifts:
- Position 1: Monday to Friday 11:00am – 7:30pm
- Position 2: 4 on / 4 off shift pattern 12-hour shifts (days and/or nights depending on the rota)
Key Responsibilities for Customer Service Advisor:
- Handling a high volume of inbound telephone calls
- Providing excellent customer service over the phone
- Logging and updating information accurately on internal systems
- Completing a range of administrative tasks
- Responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure service levels are maintained
- Maintaining accurate records and paying close attention to detail
