Are you a M&E Engineer who wants to get into Data Centres? If so, read on… We are seeking a skilled Critical Electrical Shift Engineer to join a Brand New cutting-edge data centre in Hayes. As an essential part of our on-site team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of high-voltage electrical systems in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. What We Offer: Salary: £52,000 Bonus: £1,500 + an additional £3,500 upon achieving HVAP status Shift Pattern: Continental shift (Days & Nights) Opportunities for professional development and training. Respond promptly to technical issues, diagnosing faults, and implementing repairs. Liaise with external contractors, ensuring high standards of safety and performance. Maintain up-to-date records and logs of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards.Requirements: Proven experience in an electrical engineering role, ideally within a data centre or critical environment. Solid knowledge of HV and LV electrical systems, safety procedures, and fault diagnosis. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective team collaboration and reporting.
