We are recruiting for an exciting Creative Lead opportunity within one of London’s most dynamic and fast-paced corporate hospitality environments. This is a high-profile, creative, hands-on position where no two days are the same. The site supports approximately 800 people, with fluctuating daily footfall across the week:
- Mondays – approx. 600 people onsite
- Tuesdays – approx. 700 people onsite
- Fridays – approx. 500 people onsite
You’ll lead the creative direction for the hospitality and catering experience, bringing themed concepts and engaging activations to life across the space.
The role:
- Own and drive the marketing and creative calendar
- Lead themed activations and immersive experiences
- React quickly to last-minute requests – including counter set-ups within 30 minutes when needed
- Source decorations, props, crockery, equipment and creative materials
- Present ideas, mood boards and costings to senior leadership and clients
- Manage and support a junior team member
- Work closely with the General Manager
- Be heavily involved with client interaction and feedback
- Organise and transform spaces with a hands-on approach
