As Contract Manager, you’ll have full accountability for the delivery of all technical and engineering services across the contract. Responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the delivery of all on-site technical services, systems, and infrastructure.
- Ensuring full compliance with Building Regulations, CDM, Health Safety, and environmental standards.
- Building strong, trusted relationships with the client, focused on quality, communication, and continuous improvement.
- Identifying opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and enhanced service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven technical and managerial experience within hard FM or building services, ideally in a high-profile, client-facing environment.
