Contract Manager – PFI Birmingham Up to £66,000 per annum plus car/car allowance National FM Service Provider, with a growing presence in the industry, our client has approached us to help source a Contract Manager, ideally with previous experience of managing PFI contracts in a healthcare setting. This role will suit a Contract Manager who is technically sound, with the experience to manage all round aspects of the Contract, manage engineers, help desk and service delivery staff, as well as maintain and strengthen existing relationships with the client. Someone with the ability to work under pressure and add value to existing systems and processes.   Main duties will include (but not limited to) Day to day management of your team.  Electrical, mechanical, fabric and building maintenance (hard FM), specialist subcontractor services, hard landscaping, asset condition surveys and Lifecycle and Variation delivery. Responsible for project P&L, including budgeting, financial planning and cost control, lifecycle and all other associated elements. Ensuring management accountants are fully aware of any issues, variances to the normal process. Technical advice and support to your team in respect of all aspects of building services maintenance.
