Projects include complex refurbishment and build in high-profile, occupied buildings. Heritage experience a real plus.
Also operational sites, venues and running framework programmes for national clients.
What you need:
- PM experience with a main or principal contractor
- A track record in live or sensitive environments
- Strong client skills and commercial experience
