PRS Recruitment are partnered with a growing Facilities Management and Building Services contractor delivering Hard FM and capital project works across commercial, education, healthcare, and other high-compliance environments.
We are seeking a HSEQ & Compliance Coordinator to support the day-to-day delivery and administration of HSEQ systems across our FM and Projects divisions. This is a developmental role, ideal for a graduate or early-career professional with a strong interest in Health & Safety and compliance, who is looking to build a long-term career and progress into a senior HSEQ position.
- Support the preparation, review and control of Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
- Maintain training matrices, compliance registers and certification records
- Maintain environmental compliance records
- Support sustainability and waste management initiatives as required
- Support contract mobilisation and project start-up activities
- Assist with tender submissions and client compliance documentation
NEBOSH General Certificate (or working towards) and exposure to construction, facilities management or engineering environments are preferred.
