Successful candidates will have a minimum of 5 years in a candidate, sourcing and delivery led role ideally spanning agency and in house talent solutions.
You will be responsible for the whole candidate cycle from advertising and marketing to our database, registration and onboarding, compliance, referencing shift scheduling and following up with candidate service.
Ideally candidates will have a background in sourcing HVAC, Building Services and maintenance.
Alternatively other facilities or engineering backgrounds including construction, or trades and labour.
The role will be based in London and you will be responsible for candidate delivery teams and models across the SE of the UK.
Salary depending on experience however expecting a basic of 45-55k plus quarterly delivery bonus
