PRS is excited to partner with a high-end, rapidly expanding restaurant group to recruit a Sous Chef for their highly anticipated new concept in central London. This is a unique opportunity to join an energetic and vibrant team as the brand launches its first flagship site in the UK.
The restaurant, inspired by Northern Thai cuisine and named after its signature dish, brings a fresh, contemporary dining experience to the city. With an expected 50–70 covers per service and 300–400 guests daily, this is an exciting chance to contribute to the growth of a brand that has already made waves across Asia.
The Role:
- Work closely with the Head Chef to deliver outstanding Northern Thai dishes with authenticity and flair.
- Take a leading role in managing day-to-day kitchen operations across prep, service, and team coordination.
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, consistency, and presentation are maintained at all times.
- Support training, mentoring, and development of junior kitchen staff within a young, dynamic team.
- Step up to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Northern Thai cuisine.
- Previous experience at Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef level in a high-volume environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and organise a team effectively.
- Passion for innovative, contemporary dining experiences.
- Must have full working rights in the UK.
