The Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the front-of-house operation, working closely with the General Manager and Head Chef to deliver seamless, memorable dining experiences. You will act as both a service leader and cultural ambassador, ensuring the highest standards are always upheld. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring energy, precision, and a passion for excellence within a Michelin-level environment.

  • Competitive salary of £40,000 – £47,500
  • Monthly tronc bonus
  • 45.5 hours per week
  • 28 days holiday
  • Structured rota: 7 shifts across 5 days (2 doubles, 3 singles)

About You

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager (or equivalent)

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
