A well-established and expanding mechanical contractor is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of mechanical packages across multiple live projects.
Role Overview
You will take full ownership of mechanical delivery from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of mechanical projects
- Coordinate technical submissions and drawings
- Handle RFIs and client/consultant coordination
- Manage variations and commercial reporting
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover
- Produce progress reports and manage programmes
- Ensure compliance with H&S and quality standards
Requirements
- ~5+ years in mechanical building services
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, pipework, BMS, ventilation
- Experience managing live construction projects
- SMSTS + CSCS (Black Card preferred)
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
