As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance, with a primary focus on electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant, ensuring optimum performance of building systems.
- Perform general building repairs, plumbing work, drainage, and other duties as required by the client.
- Maintain accurate records of completed tasks via the PDA-based computerised maintenance system.
- Collaborate with specialist subcontractors to complete PPM and reactive work.
- Follow all site-specific procedures and adhere to Health & Safety regulations at all times.
- Proactively inspect services and perform repairs as necessary.
Requirements
- City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations or equivalent qualification.
- Full UK driving license.
- Proven experience in commercial and high-end residential building maintenance.
