Duties: * Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical building services equipment. * Fault finding and repairs on HVAC systems, pumps, motors, AHUs, FCUs, and boilers. * Conducting routine inspections to ensure plant operates safely and efficiently. * Completing maintenance records and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures. * Supporting site operations and liaising with contractors and building occupants when required.
