Main Purpo

seThis role is responsible for monitoring and inspecting construction, mechanical, and electrical (M&E) projects across a large, complex estate to ensure work is delivered safely, to specification, on time, and to a high standard of quality. Projects typically range from £50k to £5m and must be delivered with minimal disruption to day-to-day operations and public activitie
