Key Responsibilities:- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks
- Respond to emergency callouts and fault situations
- Complete logbooks, RAMS, and relevant documentation
- Attend client meetings and provide technical support
- Conduct emergency lighting testing
- Perform electrical works including lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, and BMS
- Maintain and operate Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Work on air conditioning systems including DX, chilled water, and adiabatic AHUs
- Maintain generators
