Chef de Partie - Newcastle

PRS are currently assisting a key client who require a chef de partie for their contract catering operation in Newcastle – postcode NE27. This is ia full time permanent opportunity with excellent shift times. Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 3.30pm – 40 hours per week. The salary for the role is £27,236 per annum. The role involves a breakfast and lunch service in an office restaurant environment. You will be part of a small team, answering to the Chef Manager on site. All menus are fully specificated and easy to follow. For thiss role, you must have an indate Food Hygiene Certificate level 2 or higher, previous experience as a chef de partie, preferably in a contract catering environment, and be IT savvy, with the ability to use basic excel spreadsheets.
