Fabric Technician – £36,000 + Company Van £36,000 Salary | Monday to Friday | 07:30–16:00 | Company Van & Fuel Card We’re looking for an experienced Fabric Technician to join an established maintenance team working across a large and varied property estate. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a wide range of residential and commercial properties, including communal areas, plantrooms and other facilities. Due to the size of the estate, you’ll travel between multiple buildings throughout the working day. A company van and fuel card are provided for travel between sites. Job duties Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) General building fabric repairs and maintenance Carpentry and joinery repairs Door, frame and ironmongery repairs Basic plumbing repairs Minor plastering, patching and making good Painting and decorating Tiling and flooring repairs Repair and replacement of fixtures and fittings Maintenance and repairs within residential properties Working in communal areas and plantrooms Removal and replacement of domestic white goods Supporting minor refurbishment and project works Identifying defects and carrying out remedial repairs Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standardPackage £36,000 salary Company van Fuel card Monday to Friday working hours 40-hour working week Overtime paid for call-outs On-call only approximately 1 week every 13–14 weeks Varied workload across multiple properties Long-term opportunity with an established maintenance teamThe company van can be used for home-to-work commuting and business travel.
