About the Role
Are you currently working in Building Services or Facilities Management and looking to take the next step into a commercial, client-facing role? We’re looking for a motivated professional with hands-on experience in FM, M&E, or building services who is keen to transition into technical sales and business development. This role is ideal for someone who understands how buildings operate and wants to use that knowledge to help clients find the right solutions — while building a rewarding sales career.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing new business opportunities within the Building Services and Facilities Management sector
- Managing and growing relationships with existing clients
- Identifying client needs and proposing appropriate technical solutions
- Working closely with operational and engineering teams to price and deliver services
- Preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations
- Attending client meetings, site visits, and industry events
- Meeting and exceeding agreed sales targets
Who We’re Looking For
- Background in Facilities Management, Building Services, M&E, HVAC, or related sectors
- Experience in a technical, operational, supervisory, or engineering role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially aware, with an interest in sales and business development
- Confident discussing technical services with clients
- Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
- Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential — training will be provided
