Building Services Account Manager M&E / Facilities Management Account Central London – Single Contract Circa £75 – 85,000 Salary Bonus Pension Scheme Making sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully. Our customer are a well established and growing property and real estate organisation, with a number of high profile commercial M&E and Facilities Management accounts across the UK and Globally. Due to an internal restructure, they have a requirement for an experienced and dynamic Account Manager / Director for a prestigious commercial customer and based within Central London. Working on a Monday to Friday basis, they are responsible for delivering a 5* service, delivering M&E maintenance, energy & sustainability and some soft services across a single high-profile building. With a team of circa 25 staff, comprising supervisory, engineering team and contract support/facilities team, and ultimately liaising with on-site client. Guideline salary is in between £75 – 85,000 for the right individual, and comes with a bonus scheme, pension, and the opportunity for training and further development for a market leader within the commercial building services & facilities management space. Candidates will have at least five years of experience managing M&E or Total Facilities Management for commercial environments, either for a dedicated M&E service provider, managing agent, or similar. While not requiring a technical background due to a strong engineering team both on-site and centrally, candidates must have experience in managing Landlord Services or M&E/Total FM clients. Additional training such as Institute of Leadership Management (Level 3-5), IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH, MIBFM, etc will be desirable. Particular working experience will extend to: Man-Management of a 25-strong team Budgetary Responsibility for a circa £2.5 million P&L Deliver planned & reactive M&E maintenance across the site Engage with multiple stakeholders across the account Ensure Compliance through Auditing Energy & Sustainability Initiatives Reduce WIP Identify opportunity for project works Succession Planning This organisation are a market leader, operating across most sectors including corporate, banking, pharmaceutical, healthcare, data centres, etc. As such there are great opportunities for progression, allowing both steps up into Area/Regional Management as well as exploring different accounts through an encouragement of internal movement.
