PRS is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the day-to-day engineering performance of a prestigious commercial property in Greater London. You will oversee mechanical and electrical services, ensure safety, efficiency and compliance, and drive improvements.
You will work closely with property management, occupiers and service partners, providing technical leadership across M&E, HVAC, BMS and life-safety, while managing budgets, contracts and supplier performance.
