The predicted salary is between 11 - 15 £ per hour.

Location: Bristol (BS1)

Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm (1-hour unpaid lunch)

Duration: Contract until 1st May 2026

Start Date: 23rd February 2026

Pay Rate: £13.00 – £14.50 per hour

We are recruiting for a Client Host / Front of House Administrator to join a professional office environment in Bristol. This role will act as the main front of house presence for the site, supporting staff and welcoming visitors. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong reception or hospitality experience who enjoys working in a busy, client-facing setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and directing visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Managing visitor logs and issuing security passes
  • Booking and preparing meeting rooms
  • Organising refreshments and ordering lunches for meetings
  • Answering telephone and switchboard enquiries
  • Receiving and distributing post and courier deliveries
  • Maintaining meeting room schedules and equipment
  • Providing general administrative support including typing, filing, and document preparation
Requirements:
  • Must hold a standard DBS check
  • Must be first aid trained
  • Previous front of house or reception experience
  • Experience preparing and setting up meeting rooms
  • Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and booking systems)
  • Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
  • Proactive and organised, able to work independently
  • Ability to handle confidential information
