We are recruiting for a Client Host / Front of House Administrator to join a professional office environment in Bristol. This role will act as the main front of house presence for the site, supporting staff and welcoming visitors. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong reception or hospitality experience who enjoys working in a busy, client-facing setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Greeting and directing visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Managing visitor logs and issuing security passes
- Booking and preparing meeting rooms
- Organising refreshments and ordering lunches for meetings
- Answering telephone and switchboard enquiries
- Receiving and distributing post and courier deliveries
- Maintaining meeting room schedules and equipment
- Providing general administrative support including typing, filing, and document preparation
- Must hold a standard DBS check
- Must be first aid trained
- Previous front of house or reception experience
- Experience preparing and setting up meeting rooms
- Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and booking systems)
- Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
- Proactive and organised, able to work independently
- Ability to handle confidential information
