We’re looking to recruit a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a high-profile commercial site in West London, supporting the ongoing maintenance of a busy, modern building environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on building services work and wants to be part of a well-supported engineering team within a stable, long-term role. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day mechanical maintenance across the site, including both planned and reactive tasks. The work will cover a wide range of systems such as HVAC plant, pumps, motors, valves, AHUs, FCUs, and associated mechanical services. You’ll be expected to take ownership of fault finding, ensure systems are running efficiently, and respond quickly when issues arise.
