- Perform PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Emergency light testing.
- Install and repairs.
- Liaise with subcontractors to complete specialist works as needed.
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health & Safety guidelines and site-specific protocols.
- Conduct routine inspections and proactively address issues to maintain building performance.
Requirements:
- City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
- Full UK driving licence.
