Electrical & Control Asset Care Engineer Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm Flintshire 55k Salary Up to 10% Bonus Up to 9% Pension 23 days + stat holidays A state of the art, highly automated production facility in Flint are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical & Control Asset Care Engineer to lead from the front and drive positive change across site. This role is pivotal in maintaining the seamless operation of our FMCG production facility. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong leadership and communication skills to drive maintenance excellence and continuous improvement. The Electrical and Controls Asset Care Engineer is responsible for ensuring the optimal functionality, reliability, and safety of all electrical and control systems. The role emphasizes three key pillars: Preventive maintenance / Minimising downtime Continuous improvement – To enhance reliability and performance Be the point of contact for electrical work on site In order to be successful Recognised apprenticeship in relevant discipline (Electrical and Electronics Engineering) Ideally you will have gone through further education to obtain a HNC, HND or degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Automation Engineering or mechatronics (OR EQUIVALENT). Experience of working within a continuous process or production facility. Knowledge of working with CMMS software applications Detailed knowledge of preventative, predictive and lifecycle maintenance activities.
