PRS in Central London is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager for a high-end restaurant. This role is Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with immediate start and no weekend work.

You will oversee day-to-day administration, financial administration and provide operational support, working closely with owners and senior management to drive efficiency and profitability. The position focuses on administrative and financial control rather than floor work, with emphasis on process improvement.
