As a Restaurant Manager, you would:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service;
- Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional service standards;
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations;
- Oversee the dining area and ensure tables are set up correctly, maintaining an inviting ambiance for guests;
- Assist in developing and implementing standard procedures to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction;
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints, resolving issues promptly and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons;
- Handling money and being able to reconcile financials at EOD.
Our Restaurant Manager would show:
- 2 years of previous experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry, preferably in high-end restaurant;
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team;
- Knowledge of food safety regulations;
- Passion for food and willingness to learn our Culture and Menu History;
- Excellent interpersonal skills: empathy and reason;
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions, while not feeling overwhelmed;
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
