We are looking for people who are confident communicators, who can strike a rapport and engage with our prospects and are self-motivated. If you have Field Marketing or Retail sales experience that's great. If you haven't, but have the personality and drive, our Sales Managers will train you and show you how to succeed. We offer a very competitive salary and unlimited commission available on top.
Working as a member of our Field Sales Team means becoming one of the faces of the company. You embody the brand and as such have one of the most important roles within the ever-expanding team. It is important to be able to effectively engage and work with prospects, as well as work as part of a diverse and highly efficient team.
This role requires highly motivated individuals, who understand that every contact with a potential customer, whether they buy or not, will impact on future sales as building the brand through word of mouth can deliver great returns.
What you’ll be doing:
- Selling with paid travel to your territory.
- Farming the leads and doors on your provided territory to acquire new customers.
- Day to day engagement with potential customers, whether with a successful sale or not.
- Effectively identifying and closing new sales opportunities.
- Updating the customer and leads database via a company provided tablet.
- Setting the right customer expectation for each stage of the customer onboarding process.
- Confirming fully compliant orders with customers.
- Working with your Sales Manager to develop your sales techniques and those of your colleagues.
The experience we’re looking for you to bring:
- Direct face to face sales on the doorstep or in retail is helpful, but not essential.
- Strong verbal communication skills, self-motivation, drive and the ability to engage easily with people is essential.
- Ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail as we only do quality and compliant selling.
- Reliable.
- Good sense of humour always helps!
- Flexible working hours between Monday and Saturday.
