Responsibilities

- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee the dining area and ensure tables are set up correctly, maintaining an inviting ambiance for guests.
- Assist in developing and implementing standard procedures to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints, resolving issues promptly and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
