This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established building services provider, leading operations across a key contract in South East London and supporting additional sites when required. You’ll be responsible for managing a team of 8 engineers, ensuring the smooth delivery of maintenance and project works while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

The Role
- Oversee day‑to‑day site operations across all works as directed by senior management
- Ensure PPM and reactive works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to required standards
- Supervise all contract works, ensuring full compliance with client specifications
- Manage and coordinate a team of 8 engineers, issuing daily work plans and monitoring progress
- Liaise regularly with clients and subcontractors
- Ensure all Purchase Orders are in place prior to commencing works
- Maintain contractual compliance across all site activities
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce site safety procedures
- Implement and maintain quality control processes
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and provide technical solutions
- Produce reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Assist with contract negotiations and permit applications where required
- Work closely with support teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Support estimating and business development functions when needed
- Maintain and update internal systems (Evolution) in line with requirements
About You
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor within building services
- Strong HVAC knowledge and technical background
- Experience managing teams and multi-site operations
- Good understanding of PPM and reactive maintenance contracts
- Strong communication and organisational skills
