Operational Duties:
– Adhere strictly to client contract requirements, consistently aiming to meet and exceed KPIs.
– Execute both reactive and planned maintenance tasks to impeccable standards.
– Follow established and emergency protocols.
– Champion the account\’s Risk & Safety practices to prevent service disruptions.
– Collaborate with the broader team to identify areas for refining technical service delivery.
– Demonstrate a proactive approach to service enhancement, driven by a commitment to continual improvement.
Desired Experience & Technical Skills
– HV/LV Authorized Person (AP15) – Refresher courses available.
– Updated IEE: Wiring and Installation Regulations or equivalent in mechanical engineering.
– HNC & HND in Engineering.
– Confined Authorized Person – Refresher courses available.
– Mechanical Pressure Authorized Person – Refresher courses available.
– IOSH certification.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
– City & Guilds Level 3 NVQ in electrical/mechanical discipline.
– Previous experience in a Critical Engineering Facility.
– Strong PC literacy, proficiency with systems like BMS, and other digital control/monitoring platforms.
Work Location
– This role operates on a rotational shift pattern (12 hours), covering both day and night shifts.
– Flexibility to support the team outside of designated shifts is essential.
– The position is based at our client\’s premises.
