Details of Assignment:
- Carry out work activities which are both routine and non-routine.
- Carry out new works, repairs, and routine planned maintenance activities to mechanical and heating, hot and cold water plant, equipment, and services.
- Carry out reactive work requests, minor new installation requests, and weekly planned preventative maintenance dockets efficiently.
- Escort contractors carrying out inspections and installations.
- Strictly adhere to the relevant policies and procedures, maintain tool lists, and comply with Health and Safety and Security Regulations.
- Hold a UK Manual driving licence.
Job Details:
- The role is paying £21.08 per hour on a temp to perm basis for a 37.5 hour week.
