We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a large, multi-site estate. You will be responsible for electrical maintenance across a large estate covering approximately 3 miles, with around 1,200 residential properties alongside commercial buildings, plantrooms and other facilities. A company van and fuel card are provided, allowing you to travel between sites throughout the working day.

Duties:

  • PPM and routine electrical maintenance
  • Reactive fault finding and remedial works
  • Power and lighting maintenance
  • Electrical works within residential properties and plantrooms
  • Inspection and testing
  • Installation and replacement of domestic white goods
  • PAT testing - advantageous but not essential
  • Minor installation works and occasional support to the projects team

Requirements:

  • Solid experience within electrical maintenance
  • Good knowledge of power and lighting systems
  • 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations
  • Experience carrying out electrical inspection and testing
  • PAT testing experience would be an advantage
  • Comfortable working across multiple buildings and locations
  • Full UK driving licence
