Mobile Maintenance Engineer – Central London

💷 Salary: Up to £48,000 + Overtime

🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well‑established building services company, delivering first‑class maintenance across premium commercial office spaces in Central London and the West End.

My client has both Foot Mobile and Van Mobile roles available.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Handle general building services tasks, including plumbing, drainage, and basic fabric repairs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date service records via a PDA‑based maintenance system.
• Liaise with subcontractors to complete specialist works as needed.
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health & Safety guidelines and site‑specific protocols.
• Conduct routine inspections and proactively address issues to maintain building performance.

Candidate Requirements

• City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Demonstrable experience in commercial and/or high‑end residential maintenance.
