Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – London Bridge – £43,000

Location: London Bridge

Salary: £43,000 + Plenty of Overtime (8am – 5pm)

Duties:

  1. Carrying out daily PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks
  2. Carrying out daily emergency callout tasks
  3. Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)
  4. Emergency lighting
  5. Air Conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
  6. Chillers – Re-set
  7. Water Treatment (Temperature checks)
  8. Pumps, motors
  9. BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & Cold)
  10. UPS Systems – Monitor / Take readings

Requirements:

  1. Trade trained with ideally 3 years’ experience in the building services
  2. City & Guilds Qualified Mechanical
  3. Has the will and desire to succeed and learn
  4. Good building services knowledge
