The ideal candidate will be multi-skilled with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Responsibilities:
- Perform daily PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
- Handle emergency callouts
- Monitor mechanical plant including pumps, motors, seals, bearings
- Maintain air conditioning systems such as air handling units and fan coil units (filter changes, cleaning)
- Conduct water treatment checks (temperature checks, not dosing)
- Perform plumbing tasks like unblocking toilets and replacing taps or washers
- Monitor BMS systems
- Carry out basic electrical duties (lamp changes, etc.)
- Maintain general building fabric
