The ideal candidate will be multi-skilled with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Handle emergency callouts
  • Monitor mechanical plant including pumps, motors, seals, bearings
  • Maintain air conditioning systems such as air handling units and fan coil units (filter changes, cleaning)
  • Conduct water treatment checks (temperature checks, not dosing)
  • Perform plumbing tasks like unblocking toilets and replacing taps or washers
  • Monitor BMS systems
  • Carry out basic electrical duties (lamp changes, etc.)
  • Maintain general building fabric
  • Escort specialist subcontractors
