Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Are you an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with strong AC knowledge looking for your next opportunity? This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established building services company, maintaining high-profile commercial office buildings and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical and HVAC systems.
  • Service, maintain, and fault-find on air conditioning systems including split units, VRVs/VRFs, and AHUs.
  • Perform mechanical maintenance duties including pumps, motors, pipework, valves, and basic plumbing repairs.
  • Complete routine inspections and ensure all plant equipment operates efficiently.
  • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Update service records and job reports using PDA/mobile maintenance systems.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures at all times.
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience in mechanical building services maintenance.
  • Strong working knowledge of air conditioning systems and HVAC maintenance.
  • F-Gas qualification desirable.
  • Experience working within commercial buildings and facilities maintenance environments.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
