Are you an experienced HIU Engineer looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider in a premium residential setting? We are looking for a skilled HIU Engineer to join a top FM service provider, maintaining and repairing equipment across a high-end residential property in South West London. This role offers long-term stability, career progression, and a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and repair Heat Interface Units (HIUs)
  • Maintenance and repair of HIU (Heat Interface Units) and FCU (Fan Coil Units)
  • Diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently
  • Performing planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
  • Ensuring all work is carried out to high standards and in line with health and safety regulations
  • Work on low pressure/low temperature installations
  • Maintain Fan Coil Units (FCUs) & Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery (MVHR) systems
  • Commission HIUs and replace meters
  • Carry out pipework repairs and minor electrical work within HIUs
  • Attend callouts when required

What You Need:

  • Strong knowledge of HIUs, FCUs, and MVHR systems
  • Proven experience as a HIU / FCU engineer
  • Experience with Evinox and Kamo HIUs and Ability FCUs is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of building services and HVAC systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent)
  • Experience working in premium residential buildings
