The predicted salary is between 42000 - 60000 £ per year.

The successful candidate will act as Day Supervisor, isolating/restoring power and issuing PTWs to contractors involved in the fit-out of 21 Moorfields. This temporary position may last until the end of 2024, with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Responsibilities include training, familiarisation with the building and systems, assisting with process creation and setup, witnessing commissioning activities, and reviewing project documentation.

The new headquarters features advanced smart building technologies, a BIM platform, and integrated systems for efficient operation. This role offers an opportunity to be involved in the transition from mobilisation to operation of a smart building and to develop future-focused FM skills.

Relevant qualifications include HV switching, C&G 2391, IOSH, City & Guilds Electrical, and 18th Edition BS7671. Willingness to be authorised as LVAP is required.

Knowledge areas encompass facilities management, BMS/control systems, chillers, boilers, life safety, LV systems, UPS, power distribution, HVAC, smart buildings, IoT, and energy optimisation.

Experience in electrical work within building services, customer service, and similar roles is essential. The candidate should have a proactive approach, adaptability, and availability for weekend work.
