Our client is seeking a skilled Electrical Days Shift Engineer to join their professional maintenance team and help deliver a high standard of service across this site located in Greenwich. Working on a continental shift pattern, you will be responsible for ensuring all planned and reactive maintenance tasks are carried out to the highest standard. The successful candidate will have strong experience across commercial maintenance, particularly with systems such as FCUs, AHUs, UPS, BMS, and general riser maintenance. A strong knowledge of water treatment, HVAC systems, and emergency lighting is essential.
Key Duties
- Carry out daily PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance tasks
- Attend and resolve emergency call-outs
- Complete logbooks and RAMS documentation
- Emergency lighting testing and reporting
- Electrical maintenance, including lighting, wiring, alarm systems, BMS systems, and heat exchangers
- Fault-finding and maintenance on AHU, FCU, UPS, Generators
- UPS systems, batteries, static switches and associated controls
- Low voltage switch panels and associated breakers
- Lighting control systems

- City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations
- City & Guilds 18th Edition
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in building services maintenance
- Strong knowledge of building services systems
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Ability to work in a corporate, high-profile environment
