We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Shift Engineer to join a leading facilities management provider, servicing a high-profile Critical Environment in Thurrock, Essex.

Key Responsibilities:
β Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance.
β Respond to emergency callouts and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
β Work on electrical systems including lighting, wiring, alarms, BMS, and distribution.
β Carry out minor general building maintenance (e.g. drainage, sinks, tiling).
β Perform fault finding on systems such as AHUs, FCUs, UPS, Generators, LV systems.
β Operate and manage BMS controls (Head End preferred).
β Maintain and repair HVAC plant, VAV/VRV systems, and water treatment systems.
Requirements:
β City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation or a related trade.
β Minimum 3 yearsβ experience in building services or facilities maintenance.
β Sound knowledge of building systems with strong fault-finding abilities.
β Positive attitude with a desire to grow and develop within the role.
