Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Isleworth – £45,000
Location: Isleworth
Salary: £45,000 + Plenty of Overtime
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading facilities management company at a large and unique site in Isleworth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious engineer looking to develop within the commercial building maintenance sector.
The Role: As the sole on-site engineer, you’ll be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive M&E maintenance across the complex. You\’ll need strong electrical skills (C&G/NVQ qualified) and hands-on experience in commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
– Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks across the site
– Handle electrical maintenance including lighting, wiring, testing, alarms, BMS, and lighting systems
– Minor plumbing tasks including work on toilets, drainage, tiling, and sinks
– Fault-finding and maintenance of systems such as AHUs, FCUs, UPS, generators, and LV systems
– Carry out lamp and ballast changes, emergency light testing, and general electrical upkeep
– Respond to emergency callouts as needed
Requirements:
– City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or Mechanical equivalent)
– Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
– Strong fault-finding skills and technical knowledge across M&E disciplines
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
