Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a respected and well-established building services provider. Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the site
  • Perform electrical maintenance including lighting, wiring, testing, fire alarms, BMS, and emergency lighting systems
  • Fault-find and repair AHUs, FCUs, UPS systems, generators, and LV electrical systems
  • Maintain HVAC plant, pumps, and associated building services equipment
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with current regulations
Requirements
  • City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical qualification (or equivalent)
  • City & Guilds 18th Edition
  • City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience within the building services or commercial maintenance sector
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC plant, and commercial building services
  • Excellent fault-finding abilities with a proactive and professional approach
