I am working alongside an experienced facilities management (FM) client of ours who are currently looking to hire a BMS Engineer to work in a mobile position. We are looking for a candidate who has a strong background working within a commercial environment carrying out BMS fault finding, repairs, and maintenance on systems such as Trend, Schneider, and Tridium.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimizing building performance checks.
- Fault finding/diagnostics and carry out necessary repairs.
- Troubleshooting system issues.
- Conducting regular inspections and ensuring the systems operate efficiently and effectively.
Qualification/Background Needed:
- Experience within building services / facilities management (FM).
- Qualifications in engineering / building management.
- Full UK driving licence.
