We are working with a leading forecourt retailer seeking an experienced consultant to design and implement a bespoke system for managing employee training compliance. This system will flag when training is due and ensure seamless oversight of license renewals and risk assessments across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and set up a comprehensive training compliance tracking system * Manage renewal processes for licenses and risk assessments * Provide expert advice on health & safety and compliance best practices * Offer ongoing support on an ad hoc consultancy basis post-implementation About You: * Proven experience designing and implementing training or compliance systems * Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and risk assessment processes * Background in retail, ideally forecourt or similar sectors * Excellent project management and communication skills * Ability to work independently and provide strategic and operational guidance This role starts as an initial consultancy project to set up the system, with the potential for ongoing flexible consultancy work.
