Maintenance Plumber
Type: Temporary for circa 3 months
Pay: £18.00/hr - £22.00/hr
Location: Linlithgow
We are recruiting for a mechanical maintenance / plumber engineer based in the Linlithgow area covering maintenance on a commercial estate. The role will involve general mechanical aspects of building maintenance including plumbing, plant room and compliance etc.
Mon-Fri 40 hours per week paying £18-£22/hr depending on pay method.
Maintenance Plumber Duties
- Completing PPM and reactive maintenance
- Plumbing works
- Mechanical plant room
- Basic AHU/fan coil upkeep
- Checks and compliance duties including TMV's/water/tap temps etc.
- Small works installation
- Emergency repairs
- All ad- hoc maintenance tasks
Requirements
- A qualified Mechanical Engineer or Commercial grade plumber
- Experience of plant room
- Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
- Excellent client facing skills
- Willingness to complete fabric and plumbing tasks
- Willing and ability to pass a check
