- Job role: Catering Assistant
- Rate of pay – £12.71 per hour
- Hours – Monday to Friday, 30hrs per week
- Shifts –Between 0630 – 2200 (flexibility required to work shifts as rostered)
As a Catering Assistant you will in the main be working in a front-of-house role.
You will support day-to-day operations by taking orders, serving food and beverages to customers – alongside till work, cleaning dining areas and supporting both front and back of house areas.
You will provide excellent customer service and report to the Front of House Supervisor on site.
You will learn to stock up, stock rotate, face up item and spot cleaning effectively.
You will operate the till and process cash and card payments, ensuring you process any financial records accordingly.
You will also serve on the food counters and upsell specific products.
You will undertake general cleaning duties, such as; sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, as well as clearing tables and washing plates, cutlery and pans.
- Previous customer facing / food service experience is desirable, however full training will be given on site.
- For this role you must be 18+
- Must have a reliable mode of transport due to the location of the site and extremely limited public transport.
